NORDIX Energy designs, repairs and reconditions lithium batteries for professionals
We are a local workshop held to industrial standards: the responsiveness and field knowledge of a nearby operator, combined with the rigour, traceability and test methods of a manufacturer. Our customers are workshops and mobility services — we are their technical back-office for batteries, and we never approach their end customers.
Battery expertise built since 2014. Behind NORDIX Energy lies deep experience in producing and diagnosing lithium batteries — Li-Ion, Li-Po, LiFePO4: several hundred packs series-assembled without incident, the deployment and maintenance of a micromobility fleet of more than a thousand units, and the design of charging stations and production facilities meeting fire-safety standards.
That experience spans the whole chain: sizing, assembly, battery management systems (BMS), quality control, cycling, capacity measurement, cell sorting and fault diagnosis — down to the most demanding conditions, such as thermal management for low-temperature operation.

Rigour for reliability
Every battery tested and documented: capacity, currents, protection thresholds (UVLO, OVLO, OCP), cell origin and batch numbers. A manufacturer's method, applied even to a simple repair.
Ready for the battery passport
We are already preparing compliance with EU regulation 2023/1542 (February 2027 deadline), so that our partners are ready before it becomes mandatory.
Assembly & series production
Li-Ion, Li-Po and LiFePO4 packs, from prototype to small series. Controlled welding, cell sorting and unit testing on every batch.
BMS & diagnostics
Battery management system configuration and diagnostics, fault identification across cell batches, post-incident analysis.
Thermal management
Internal heating systems and thermal management for winter operation and low-temperature environments.
