When no off-the-shelf pack fits the space available, holds the current required or still exists in the catalogue, custom assembly is what remains. Our Dijon workshop designs and builds lithium packs to specification, from a single unit to a small batch.

What we assemble

  • Traction packs — pallet trucks, stackers, scrubber-dryers, mobile machinery.
  • Replacement packs — equipment whose original pack is no longer made, keeping format and connectors.
  • Embedded packs — built into an existing mechanical constraint.
  • E-bike packs — including frame-integrated formats.

From requirement to pack

A custom pack starts from the use case, not the catalogue: real consumption profile (continuous current, peaks, duration), voltage accepted by the existing electronics, available volume, operating environment.

From there follow cell chemistry and format, series/parallel topology and BMS sizing. The main trade-off is between high density (maximum range for a given volume, moderate current) and high discharge (heavy currents without voltage sag, lower capacity). We document the choice made and what it implies.

Prototype, then series

We deliver one unit first, with its readings, for you to put into service under real conditions. Any corrections — BMS thresholds, connectors, mounting — happen on that unit, not on a batch already built.

Measurement and traceability

Every pack leaves with its measured capacity, internal resistance, BMS protection thresholds and cell origin. Assembly carries a 2-year warranty. We do not issue certification: we work to the reference standards of the field and we write down what we measure.

A workshop in Dijon

For a custom pack, proximity matters for commissioning: measuring on site, adjusting a mounting or revising a threshold takes one visit rather than several parcel round trips. We serve Dijon, the Côte-d'Or and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
