A battery that has lost range, cuts out under load or no longer wakes up is rarely scrap. In most cases a few cells have drifted, or the BMS has latched into protection. Our Dijon workshop replaces those cells rather than the whole battery.

What we do

  • Reconditioning — replacing drifted cells, restoring the BMS, rebalancing the pack.
  • Diagnosis — real capacity, internal resistance, BMS threshold readings, with a written report.
  • Capacity increase — repack on high-density cells within the same enclosure.

Equipment covered: electric bikes (including frame-integrated packs), scrubber-dryers and sweepers, electric pallet trucks and stackers, power tools, industrial and embedded packs.

Why a local workshop

A faulty lithium battery does not ship like an ordinary parcel: most carriers refuse it or price it accordingly. Sending a pack across the country means weeks out of service.

In Dijon the pack stays put. Diagnosis starts on arrival. We serve Dijon, the Côte-d'Or and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.

Measurement and traceability

Every pack leaves with its measured capacity, internal resistance, protection thresholds as read (UVLO, OVLO, OCP) and cell origin. We do not issue certification: we work to the reference standards of the field and we write down what we measure.

This data forms the basis of the digital battery passport, mandatory from 18 February 2027.

For professionals

We work as a subcontractor for workshops, bike shops, cleaning companies and fleet operators across the region: you hand us the packs, we return them tested and documented.
