Current increase — high-discharge cell repack

For packs that cut out on climbs, on loaded starts, or with a motor hungrier than the original pack. We move to low internal-resistance cells and, where needed, to a BMS rated for the target current. Note: raising the current rating does not make the vehicle more powerful — power remains bounded by the controller. What changes is that the pack stops being the limiting factor and runs cooler.
