The problem: range that no longer covers the job
A scrubber-dryer works in blocks: a floor, a corridor, a retail area before opening time. With a tired lead-acid battery, the machine stops before the block is finished, and a full recharge means several hours out of service. Add regular maintenance of flooded batteries, a ventilated charging room and the weight, which makes ride-on machines harder to handle.
On scrubber-dryers supplied with lithium from the factory, the manufacturer's pack is proprietary, expensive to replace, and sometimes impossible to find for older models.
The solution: LFP lithium matched to the machine
We build lithium iron phosphate (LFP) packs in Dijon to the machine's dimensions and connectors, subject to study. Lithium accepts partial recharges during breaks without losing service life, needs no maintenance, and weighs less than half as much as an equivalent lead-acid battery.
For compact machines, the 24 V 50 Ah LFP battery is available at €405 excl. VAT, charger not included. For more demanding machines, the 24 V 100 Ah LFP battery at €770 excl. VAT replaces a 180 to 210 Ah lead-acid battery. 48 V scrubber-dryers are covered by the 48 V 50 Ah LFP battery, from €785 excl. VAT, on quotation.
If the machine is already lithium, reconditioning replaces the worn cells within the original housing. When a new pack works out cheaper, we offer it with the quote.
How the work is carried out
- Free diagnosis for professionals: real range, BMS condition, battery compartment dimensions.
- Quote excl. VAT with the lead time and, when switching to lithium, the suitable charger that we supply and set up.
- Build or restoration at the workshop, with a test report handed over with the battery.
